Who we are

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us, such as your name, organisation, email address and the content of your messages or meeting requests. If you use the enquiry form on our website, we receive your name, email address, firm and message. If you book a call through our scheduling tool, it collects the details you enter when booking.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, provide our services and keep business records. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in running our business and, where we work together, the performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers for email, hosting and scheduling, including Google Workspace, Netlify (which also processes our enquiry form) and Calendly. We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years and client records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
